Since I have had my drop put on I have put probably 800 miles on it. Anyways I got home today from out of town and went to drive the hoe and looked at the front tires and both are showing wire on the inside. So my question is if the truck was aligned properly or at all for that matter, would the wheels be cambered in? Do they make a camber kit for nnbs?

They'll be cambered in by virtue of the drop, but shouldn't be that way after a proper alignment.

DID you have it aligned? I can't really tell by the way you worded your post.

No idea what it's like where you are, but around me, EVERYONE recommends the same alignment shop -- and no one says "Yeah, I can align it for you." Seems to me, at least from that, that there are good alignment places, and bad alignment places. Furthermore, it seems that you need an actual "alignment shop" to do a proper one.

Again, I'm not sure that that's the case, but it seems to be the case around here. If the guy in your case said he had it aligned, I don't know... Seems unlikely, unless he works somewhere where alignments are done routinely.

Appreciate the input Kirk, it's just really hard to find ppl that can align 26's

Yeah I know what you mean. Luckly the shop I go to does wheels up to 30's and cars for bunch of NFL players. but they have a local little shop that can do all the allignment up to 30's with a drop. They owner has two tahoes slammed 3/5 or more on 28's and are aligned purfect.

Put your stock wheels back on, have the truck aligned, then put your 26's back on. The size of the rim does not affect the angle of the camber.

I've heard different, I thought the wheels that were gonna be on were supposed to be aligned, cause the tire sizes are so different

If there are no local shops that can do 26s, then put on whatever wheel/tire you have access to that the shop can handle. That would be better than no alignment.
