Can anyone explain why I don't get email updates on posts?

I became a member to the site about 2-3 weeks ago, and haven't received any emails to any thread posts since then. I get emails regarding private messages but nothing on the posts. Is there a setting I need to change?

Go into User CP and the Edit Options on the left.
