Cancelled order placed in june and found a 2015

Placed an order in june and was tired of waiting! Started searching and found a crystal red/dark artmosphere with touring and 22" wheels. I live near virginia beach and I am driving to indy to pick it up saturday. I know I'll probably be called an idiot for buying a 6 spd, but im stoked

Oh it sounds awesome!! Congrats!! I love the red, but hubby said No Red or I would be driving a red one ha ha! Post some pics when you get it! Best wishes from another idiot who bought a 6 speed....

Thanks for the responses. I'll put pics up when I pick It up Saturday . I'm going to miss my shelby, but it'll be worth it when im driving 700 miles back home. Took some convincing for my wife to go red, but it had to be dark atmosphere interior.

Well, I almost can't believe it. My 2015i might show up before the rapture after all. It's being built on the week of the 13th.

8 months+ on the original order before it was cancelled.
Two weeks for the 2015i and its scheduled to build in less than 10 days.
Maybe there is a car God...naw, it just took a gun into the dealership and they understood my feelings on the matter.....

None of you guys are idiots. If I could have found a similar equipped truck earlier in the summer, I would have bought it too! The whole summer gone, and my wife is still driving her Tahoe that I hate..

I will put pics up tomorrow. Just finished my trip from indianapolis to norfolk, va (approx 770 miles). Got to say I love this truck! Was fantastic to drive through the mountains in west virginia and easily cruised up and down hills at 80. Gas milage was pretty good and on flat area it was fantastic if babied. The display cluster is really cool and the controls on the wheel and voice regognition were good. Only thing was I couldnt adjust volume from the wheel. Atleast I never figured it out, but havent looked at the books. I also noticed buttons on the back on the steering wheel. Love the cocoa dark atmosphere and the 22s look ridiculous. Daughter loved the blu ray and that she could easily charge her ipad and gameboy. So glad my wait is over.
