Has anyone ever mounted an aluminum canoe on their Tahoe OEM roof rack? Could you post a pic of it? I've never done anything like this before, but am preparing to take a trip with the canoe for the Boy Scouts. I've got the the canoe and a few ratchet straps. I also have a tow hitch, but not sure what I can tie the canoe to in the front of the vehicle . I am trying to make this as safe and secure as possible for interstate highway travel. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
