Gentlemen,
I have been trying to solve the running rough issue with my 2005 Chevy Tahoe LT for a few weeks now. There has been some great advise on this website and so far I have replaced the following:

1. Changed the intake manifold gaskets
2. New spark plugs-AC Delco Iridium
3. Changed spark plug wires
4. changed purge valve
5. Checked all of the vacuum lines for leaks
6. Cleaned the throttle body
7. Cleaned the MAF sensor
8. Replaced the drivers side H02 sensors before and after CAT

I runs good sometimes and was throwing off the dreaded P0174, P0300, P1153, and P0102.

Going to have to bring it to a mechanic soon if I can't find the problem.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!:roflbow:

Interesting how you have 2 oxygen sensor related codes in addition to a maf code. Check all your fuses related to the O2 sensors and maf. Did you unplug the battery before you switched out the O2 sensors and unplug the maf to clean it? May want to double check the wiring harness to the Maf as well. Are you sure the new O2 sensors are functioning properly? Precat sensors should show a rapid sinewave voltage fluctuation and the post cat sensors almost a steady voltage (slow sinewave)

also is everything on the vehicle stock IE intake, air filter etc
have used any performance parts if you have swithch back to the OE parts to see if it fixes your issue
you mite also consider checking your fuel filter as well its directly under the drivers seat

After driving the vehicle for a few days I went back to Advance and had the codes read again. It still showed bad oxygen sensors on the right bank. I took out the new ones and swapped them out for some Bosch O2 sensors and after a few drive cycles the check engine light went off and she is running perfectly. The leaking intake manifolds triggered a mass failure of other sensors and gave me several headaches.

If your truck has over 70k I would highly recommend changing the gaskets out before they start causing problems. It took me right around 2 hours to change out with the better designed steel gaskets for around $75.

Thanks for the advise:hmmm2:

Getting ready to tow my boat (3500#) about 4 hours up to Door County for the family vacation and was wondering what you guys think about changing the trans and rear end fluid. The truck has 125k on it and I have no idea if any if that has been changed recently.
