Carpet gets moist Passenger rear

In the cargo area? Could be bad seal. see if the seal id flat, damaged, cracked or otherwise out of position.
open the rear hatch and look up at the weather seal along the top edge where the 3rd brake light is
sometimes the seal gets messed up/twisted and this can allow water in.
other sources can be from behind the outside plastic pillar cover, remove the cover and check the plastic fins, these allow air pressure out when you shut the doors but they can break off and this allows water in.

From the rear passenger where you open the door looks dry but where the floor mat underneath is moist
that's unusual, have you looked underneath the body there? any rusted out spots? holes drilled? have you lifted up the carpet there and inspected? I guess it's possible the door seal could be bad or the side glass seal on that side, you will probably have to inspect it a bit to figure it out, there are no inside causes unless it is coming from the front somehow
The underneath looks fine but could it be from exhaust?
no the exhaust pipe exits the very rear opposite side, the exhaust as a whole goes down the passenger side
maybe the roof rack is leaking, there are bolts in the roof to hold the rack on that might be something to inspect.
there are not to many logical reasons to have a wet spot right there. door seal, roof rack, side window seal.
the only thing that could leak inside is the heater cores, 1 is up front by the glove box the other is passenger rear corner, but that would smell like coolant.

So passenger area, between first and second row seats....
X2 with Doubeleive suggestions.
Not likely anything to do with exhaust.
Look for holes or rust-through in the floor panels underneath first .
Still could be a seal that dropped out of place, cracked or damaged seal. Do a visual inspection.
If nothing obvious...
Grab a power washer and have someone sit in the back seat to look and feel for water intrusion.
Maybe do it in stages to try pinpointing to specific section around the door opening...
I would try high-pressure flow over the top of door first, then sides, then bottom edge of door.
It could be where the screws for the roof rack mount come through the roof, but I would expect some tell-tale signs of water damage to the head liner on the way to getting the floor wet.

Your rear A/C condensate water is not draining properly. Lay down by your tailpipe and look above it to locate the drain that looks like a rubber wedge. Use some weedeater line to dislodge debris inside it and let drain. If you live in a very dusty area, this will be a recurring issue.
