Hi everyone -
I got a 2016 Tahoe in November. I've had audio issues with it and my iPhone since we bought it. Basically:
- carplay is mostly useless, as the entire radio can reset on occasion or lock up
- bluetooth audio works, but will cut out for about 1 second every 5-10 minutes or so
- plugging in via USB will play audio, but it will be 'scratchy' - as if there are little crackles happening in the background
I heard about the Android Auto update and wanted to get it just to see if it corrects any of these other problems. My MyLink software version # when purchased in November was 23415881. The dealership says that it's the latest version as of today, but I'm not so sure. I would be surprised that the Android Auto update didn't also change the version number!
Can someone verify for me please that this is indeed the latest version number? Or offer any guidance on how to proceed?
Thanks so much!!!
Eric
