Hello,

My CD player will not take a CD. One is just sitting in it now and it will not suck it in. I am going to need to pull it out with needlenose pliers.

Anyway do you guys know if it is possible to send these somewhere and get them fixed cheaply?

Honestly.... go Aftermarket. It'll give you way better sound quality, and if you buy right, tech support and warranties! Just my .02

Is there a single interface module that is plug and play that will retain steering wheel controls and auto shut-off when door open?

The PAC module will keep all of it. I'm sure someone will chime in with part #'s

Not in most cases. but most retailers and especially audio shops will include an interface to go with it and retain all door chimes, steering controls and shut off when you open the door. Audio shops will be your best bet if you don't know how or don't want to mess with wiring.
