Center armrest cutout delete Yukon Denali

Has anyone wanted to replace the center armrest top with a fully-padded leather one (no cutout for phone, coins, etc.)? I can't seem to find any offered anywhere, except for crappy looking neoprene fabric ones.

The 07-11 Escalade had this kind of lid on it. I don't know if it could be adapted to fit or not. I doubt it.
