Change in DJM Rear Hardware kit starting 1/28/13

Due to me modifying the rear kits I brought it up with Jeff the owner at djm and showed him how I've been adding zerk fittings for years now on local customers trucks on the rear endlink kit so he liked the idea and now all djm rear endlink kits will include zerk fittings.

the 07+ will start on orders starting next week

the 00-06 will be about 2 more weeks.
