Changing bulbs for front lights

Anyone had good luck changing lights for the front to bulbs or HID kits that are much brighter and cleaner looking? Just picked up a 2012 SLT and want a brighter look. Want more of the escalade looking bulbs. I know the escalade has stock HID's....any thoughts or ideas would be great.....

If you get hids don't get any color
Get the 6000
White is very bright and has high visibility

No bright blue shit or purple
To each is own, but that's my .02

I love my 5Ks pure white and really bright. 4500K is oem. 6K has a hint of blue in them.
