Changing out the rear diff. Fluid on my 2008 chevy tahoe ltz today. Got 3 quarts of oil, gasket and sealant. Here's to hoping it won't be a major pain in the ass lol

Well your in the NBS section... but just remove cover, drain oil, new gasket and replace cover. fill till full... I would make sure the bolts are all clean though. if not hit them with a wire wheel.

So I drained oil, took old gasket on with sealant, bolted back on but now can't find the full plug? Any idea of the location of it on an 08 tahoe. Might just be looking right over it
