Replaced my rear axle bearings and seals the other day. One of them was leaking a small bit so... did 'em all. Found a bad axle on the driver side (see photo). Not sure how it happened, but it happened - truck has 193K. Passenger side looked brand new. Anyway, went looking around for replacements and found this Yukon Gear unit from Amazon Warehouse for $66 shipped (normally $170)! Description said it had a blemish. When it arrived it looked brand spankin' new and installed without issue. I just re-used the lugs that I had by pounding them out of the old one and pressing them into the new one. Sometimes things work out!
