Child windows over ride?

So is there anyway to over ride the child safety windows?
I'm not a fan of them. Didn't really find much in the owners manual.

Nope, no go fellers, unlocked everything and back windows do no go all the way down. So maybe I'm missing something?

That is weird.
I get why they don't go down in Tahoes / short wheelbase versions, but you'd think they'd go all the way down in bubbas / XLs / ESVs.
Hmm ...

Depending on the year, I don't think there's enough room in the door to go all the way down with the wheel well curvature

OK that makes sense with the shorter wheel well curve if that's why.
Let me check on the inside of the door itself as some trucks you can unlock it and lock it buy sliding a little switch over.

This IS true for the shorter wheelbase variants.
But that just makes it look like GM did not bother with any different parts for the bubbas / XLs / ESVs.

your posting tag say's yukon xl, but your photo shows a regular yukon, there is nothing that will make the rear windows go all the way down
