I got everything in the mail now for my double din conversion and sound dampening. After looking at the trim bezel I got for an 03 on ebay, I have decided to cut and mod the 02 for a few reasons. I have read through a forum of a conversion that I thought was as factory looking as you can get, but he self engineered how he moved the radio/AC control seperater trim part of the bezel. I am looking for advice on the best method to cut and move the seperating bar. If I make a jig, can I score it several times then snap it of with a clean edge? Or will I need to use a jig saw? Then I need to find an adequate. apoxy or something that will work as a filler too so I can sand the seam down before I paint. At work now, but I can provide pics later if you need references.
