Chrome Door handles

New here and I have a 2001 Tahoe that I am trying clean up. I was trying to see how many people use the or Putco or Reflexxion chrome door handles covers. I bought the Reflexxion ones and I was just going to use the middle part vs. paying $400 for the escalade door handles.

I am questioning my decision, did anyone go with this way. Any pics and/or wisdom would be appreciate.

good question.... ive been wanting to find some nice chrome door handles myself...but i think those putco ones would look cheap or cheesy lookin...

Man, just my opinion. Chrome door handles and the surrounding part takes away from the looks of the truck. I think body color looks 10 times better. The onyl exception is the ones that have a single chrome line going down the middle of the body color. Chrome handles and gas cap breaks up the whoe side of the truck. Is it more expensive to get body color handles?
