Cig. Lighter and 12v outlet

Ok, so i have a 03 tahoe and neither of the outlets on the console work. However the obd 2 port has always and still works. The only electrical thing i have done is installed a pioneer double din whick i straight wired to the fuse box to the ignition and flashers using add-a-fuses.

Please hell me fix this!!!

There is a orange wire and a black eire on the backside of the cigarette lighter connector. Make sure your 12 volts is getting there, test it with a meter. If yiu have it there then that means the cigarette lighter receptacle went bad ( bad coils ) and needs to be replaced. Some times its just the lighting coils.
