cleaning question

I have a 95 Tahoe and theres plastic spacer kinda thing that goes under the air cleaner on top of the the TBI unit and for aslong as I have had it, it has always been dirty its kinda greasy so I wanna clean it up, but its plastic idk what you can use to clean it? was thinking carb cleaner but dont want to use something on it that you shouldn't and mess the plastic up, thanks for the help

try windex, might need something more powerful then that tho. so maybe simple green or something.. nothing should hurt it

thanks for the help guys ended up going to autozone and picked up purple power-citrus cleaner it works very good if you ever need anything, and the carb cleaner said not to use it on plastic thats why I didn't use that
