So here’s what I’m dealing with, dealership repainted the driver side back when it was new, had water spot damage. They cheaped out and now the clear is popping. Started at top of drivers door, and now is doing it under the window. I could stand top of the door cause I just didn’t look up there, but this is right in my face every time I get in.

Is there a way I can repair just the clear. Doesn’t have to be perfect but at least stop the peeling until I can get the whole thing painted.

This is the morning dew, it gets under and pops more clear coat off each day. Need to fix ASAP! All the white bubbles are peeling clear coat

might have to pop off the loose clear, then lightly wet sand that area down with 2500 grit wet paper so the clear has something to bite to. then hit it with some prep spray, wax and grease remover type stuff. then clear that area with a few coats. id take that lower window trim off so you can get under and behind it.

after the clear is cured you can wet sand it again and buff it to a shine if you feel its needed.

maybe work on that area thats not in your face fist to see how it goes, then take on the larger area.
