Clock resetting intermittently

2018 Yukon Denali 6.2L with Tow and Ultimate packages, 71K miles, white frost tri-coat. Into the shop 2 weeks ago for an oil change, alignment and replacement of stuck thermostat. Clock now intermittently resets and have lost Sirius XM channels/ signal several times. New battery/ dealer replaced 4-2023, battery gauge showing full charge on dash. No issues with starting or using remote start option. Thoughts ?
