Cluster Problems

Hey guys just recently bought my 2001 lt tahoe and the guy said the gauge cluster has a short but I don't think so .. What happens is that the red light next to on start turns red then I lose fuel leve engine temp the indicator lite to show I'm in drive when i tap the brake pedal it will change for a sec and go right back every other gauge works

I wish I could help but Im not to familiar with the NBS cluster someone should chime in with some help soon .

It might help if you could break down or simplify your issue a little better I had a hard time grasping your issue .

If it were RE: OBS 98 Cluster I'd know something but (like DonYukon) NBS clusters I am not familiar with.
How did the connections look?
