2015 Tahoe with 269,000 kms. Looks like the previous owner had replaced some lifters on one side before, and the TQ converter is date coded about 3 months before we bought the truck… so I’m hoping to make it to 400,000 !

I pray everyday mine does not go out especially when I am on a long trip like right now. I am at 186K miles and have no plans to buy another vehicle anytime soon.

That’s a win on the TC! Good for 400k now easy. What did you go with for a cam? Looks like new pistons too!

I hope you are doing the DOD\AFM cam delete - new cam, lifters and pushrods without that crappy spring. Cause then you are good to 600k on that motor. If you are planning any power adders, I would get an upsized fuel lobe on the cam as well.

I want to do my motor and trans so bad.
