Ordered a new Escalade today. :D

As in dealer will be swapping one on their lot here with this one from a huuge dealership in Missouri. This one has everything my mom wants, her favorite part being the power running boards. We had that on her 2006 Navigator and she's ecstatic to have it again, lol.

So, my "Escalade vs. Navigator" thread you might have seen was pointless, as she ended up going with another Esky despite it being the same interior.

Thoughts? Any little mods I should suggest to her? ;)

She usually leaves it stock but if I can find something with a good reason to add it, she might go for it. Something like interior LED's will definitely be possible, but nothing like a ground effects kit. So, small/medium mods I guess.

What I'm wondering is how it's gonna fit. We have my Tahoe in one half of the garage, the other half has junk. So her ESV sits outside, which takes up a ton of room, so I have no idea where her new one will sit...besides the front yard, haha!

Yeah! Haha, LED's are the only things I can convince her to do right now. She likes the idea of that and I have an order of 10 festoon bulbs coming in. Six will go to my Tahoe, 4 will go to her Esky and we will order more.

Not much I can think of to mod an Escalade, they've got everything that I wanted to do as a mod! Lol. I never even tried to convince her to change her ESV, the only thing we did to it was upgrade the keyfob to the 2009 style vertical one, it's a LOT easier to use. But her new one will already have this so...I can't think of anything!

Maybe a Yellowtop battery though.

What about getting the Platinum front end? Headlights will probably be a no for a while due to cost but the front grille can be changed.

Very clean, the only thing I would do is a grille replacement, the tight mesh grille is sick and a very classy mod IMO. definitely not a small mod price wise, but when you are buying an esky...

I really like the E&G Classic mesh grilles, I'll have to show them to my mom and see what she says.

IT COMES IN TOMORROW. :D

Very fast "shipping", haha.

Went and detailed the ESV today as my older brother bought it from my mom, so it was a little sad to know it was the last time we were gonna drive it, but, it's staying in the family at least. :)
