Hey everyone,

The last couple of mornings I've had the same issue. I'll lay out the order of things so hopefully it is easier to diagnose.

1. I run the A/C on the drive home
2. I park on my slightly angled driveway, nose facing uphill
3. I turn the truck off and let it sit overnight
4. Next morning I turn the key to the ACC position and turn on the blower
5. A massive amount of water (condensation) pours out from the drain under the drier canister

Is this a symptom of a clogged condensation drain?

If it is being blown out of the drain then it is not clogged. Sounds like the blower is pushing the water out. Likely an opening near the squirrel cage for the blower allowing the air flow to hit the water and blow out the drain. I would be curious if you see the same problem if park pointing 180 degrees the other way. The blower flow should be channeled thru vents when working. Depending on the selection of dash vents, defrost vents or floor vents the flow is their. You likely have an opening there or you have an door actuator failing. I have also seen where the door cannot move all the way because of debris restricting movement.

I'm thinking that the bottom of the air box is flat, or it has a flat spot in it somewhere, and when I park at an angle, the water sits on the opposite side of the drain hole. Then, the blower agitates the water enough that it finally drains. I suppose as long as I'm not parking the truck this way for an extended period of time, and as long as I don't have any seepage in the cab/interior, this isn't a problem/issue.

When I park in front of my house (flat surface), I do not have this issue. I'll try parking nose down in the driveway at an angle and report back on what, if anything, happens.

Thanks for the reply.
