My vehicle is a 2020 Tahoe PPV. Need to convert to civilian.

I may have found a donor vehicle for all the parts I need. Found a 2017 Yukon (not XL) not too far away. Ideally, I would like to pull my car up next to it, swap everything I can over and drive off.

I do have a few questions.

1. Can anyone confirm that the rear door panels from the 2017 Yukon will fit my 2020 Tahoe

2. Are the seats and console interchangeable between these two vehicles?

3. I have several cut harnesses. Only one appears to be factory. Am I correct in assuming that the factory harnesses are all wrapped in fabric tape? The “add on” harnesses appear to be wrapped in the slip on split type corrugated harness covers that look like this: https://www.amazon.com/Alex-Tech-10ft-1-10ft-3-Conduit/dp/B07TWB5MKD?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

Can any one confirm?

4. Will the Civilian console fit, assuming I get the corresponding lower dash trim pieces that go with it?

5. If the console fits, how many wire harnesses go to it from under the dash. One of my cut harnesses (with a tab that says 5W4 with 19C1 (I think) underneath. See first pic.

6. There is a large gaggle of wires tucked under the floor mat at the rear of the console area. I am certain they are not factory. See second pic. They are wrapped in a split corrugated sleeve. I assume these went to emergency lights etc. Guessing I can pull up the floor mat and just get rid if them, or at least follow them to see where they terminate. I assume they are cut at the other end.

7. The third and fourth pics are of another gaggle of wires hanging down from under the dash on the driver’s side. I also assume these are not factory, and that I can do away with them. Can anyone confirm?

Civilian consoles absolutely will fit. I have a car audio shop install the consoles for me so I am not certain on the wiring. I normally source the consoles from junkyards. Way cheaper than eBay. When you pull the pieces out of the Yukon, make sure you get all the trim pieces, bolts and other hardware you need to install the console.

The wires coming down from under the steering column look like police add on ones.
You should find a 2017-20 Tahoe or Yukon in junk yard to look through. That'll give you a good idea of what's needed and what's not.
