Coolant Surge or Recovery Tank Hoses?

07 Yukon Denali. I'm installing a new coolant surge/recovery tank.
I need the 2 molded? hoses (part #s) that connect to the coolant surge/recovery tank. The smaller (.47"id) top hose goes to the radiator. The larger (1"id) bottom hose goes the the themostat housing area.

I assume they are available "MOLDED"?
or do I just use bulk hose by the foot?
