Ok guys I learned two hard lessons when installing mine.

1. Make sure your circlip for the cover is installed all the way. I found it helpful to have a second set of hands to hold pressure on the thing so I can work on getting it on. First time around, I thought I had the clip in but it wasn't. This is where a second set of hands comes in, they can keep the cover pushed in against the spring tension while you go around and push the clip in all the way. I've found a flathead bent at a 90 degree angle works very well for this

2. When installing your 4th gear piston and servo cover, put the piston into the cover first, then install. I tried to put the 4th piston on the rest of the servo assembly, then install the cover. What happened is the teflon seal came unseated and was cut when putting the cover on. Split the thing in half, then you don't have 4th gear. Put the piston inside the servo cover, then install.

I'm thinking of getting the Global Transmission assembly that's just remove original and replace all in one shot. It is recommended you clean inner surface and use Vaseline to lubricate the surface
