Hey guys I just want to know I'm bout to order the rcx 6" lift and was wondering if the steering stabilizer is worth it and the 2.2 shocks as well. Also not doing it for muddying but doing the lift to put on 30" rims tire size 305/30/30. Just don't want to cut a lot of the truck so I'm lifting it. Thanks for the help. Also what gears should I be running aswell

Steering stabilizer yes. It wont hurt to add it. I guess for your application the upgraded shocks won't be necessary. Ideally 3:73-4:10 ratio.

Thanks y2k also should I regear the front diff too even though its always going to be in rwd?

That's about a 37" tire. Gears should be more in the 4.56-4.88 range.

If I'm not mistaken, 37's rub pretty bad w/ only a 6" lift so you might need a 3" body lift as well. Since the tires are only 12" wide, you might be ok. Something you might want to research a little.

Actually my tire width is only 10.5" and its 36" not 37. I should be okay with just a 6". Tire size I put wrong it's 255/30/30

My gear recommendation remains the same. You will need to crank it up a bit and light trimming will be needed most likely.

Yes regear the front. Makes your 4x4 useless. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. I assumed with a 30" wheel, typically they're accompanied with a rubber band tire.. so i figured on nothing more then a 34-5" tire.

My F150 is on 36" with 4.56s. Originally it was on 38s with 4.56s and it was the ideal set up. Now on 36s it seems like a little over kill. Definitely has the low end from the numerically higher ratio, but tachs higher then Id prefer cruising at 80.
