crap i broke my shifter linkage

i broke the plastic piece that helps hold the shifter linkage in place by the trans pan. so now i can't put it into park or reverse unless i get under the truck and do it manually, because it falls out of the bracket.

anyone have to replace any part of that linkage before?

Wth, how did that happen, I'm sorry but I don't know how to handle that!

i had to remove it to drop my trans oil pan.
