Hey forum family! I was on a 4 hour trip back from picking up my HD hood for my tahoe there is this cricket type noise! That is the best way I can describe it! I know someone already knows what it probably is, with all of the knowledge here. What can it be?

The noise is at highway speed! I can hear it best, or the loudest when driving next to the concrete highway dividers. No it wasnt crickets in the fields. ....LOL

When driving next to another highway divider and you hear the noise, try slowly pushing on the brakes and see if it changes or goes away!

I think I know what you are talking about. Does it sound like it is coming from under the dash around your feet? My son's does that. I need to get in there with a can of dry silicone and spray the pivot points on the pedals. That's what I think it is at least.

Controll arm bushing. I grease my upper drivers side all the time. Jump up and down on the side running boards with the trick parked and see where it's coming from.
