Cruise control issue

When im driving and i try to engage the cruise control it doesnt turn on...the orange indicator on the steering wheel turns on but the actual cruise control doesnt..i have no idea if its the module or if its a fuse..

One of the tail lamp bulbs is more than likely blown, consequently disabling the cruise control.

Holy crap how did u know? The right marker bulb is blown...ill go to autozone and replace it...do i disconnect my battery so it resets or just like that?
