Should you have a tune up done to take full advantage of the tune? Yes...

As far as what you need to do where are you on your maintenance schedule?

Clean/replace pcv, clean tb, wires depending how old they are, plugs depending on type & mileage.

As far as recommendations...delco wires, delco iridium plugs, & delco 04+ pcv (has a orifice instead of a spring valve).

Thank you for the info....Here is what they did:

New Custom Tune on a Dyno, delco plugs & wires, and oil change to full synthetic oil. I also added a Spectrum Cold Air intake. We spoke about the pcv and the thermostat as well. They looked into both and thought both looked fine and didn't need an upgrade/change at this time. One thing for sure I can tell a huge difference when I put the pedal down.

Big3 racing in Hinckley, Ohio did the tune. I love the way it turned out. I have the sheet on the tune at home. I love the dual exhaust rear bumper and taillights on your truck.
