Dash Cluster and radio question,

Hey All new to the site, my wife has an 03 Tahoe and was complaining about the dash cluster lights would unexpectedly all light up as if your turning the key on while your driving. It since happened to me but goes back to normal as fast as it happens with no effects. What would cause this? and the stock radio seems to have a mind of its own. When you turn the truck on maybe all the speakers work and other times only one. All the tweeter speakers work all the time any ideas thanks in advance.
