Dash LED conversion

Any writeups on how to convert all my bulbs in the dashboard to LED ones?
What kind of LEDs will I need in those different instuments? (Climate control, steering wheel, left panel gear selector, seat heater panel, power window panel, light switch, rear window washer panel, fog light switch and rear fog light switch.)
