I have tried looking for an answer to this everywhere. If someone could help me out that would be great.

Where the dash meets the A-pillar on the driver's side there is about a quarter inch gap. On the passenger's side the dash fits very snug against the A-pillar and looks like it should look, nice. I am probably a little OCD about this kind of stuff, but nonetheless, once I notice something like this I can't seem to forget it. I removed the cap on the left of the dash on the driver's side where the fuses are and noticed a few different bolts and screws. I loosened some to try and tweak the dash upwards and inwards so that I could try to make it fit closer to the A-pillar. I don't want to tweak it so hard that the dash cracks as I am fully aware just how prone these dashes are to cracking. Has anyone ever seen this in their Tahoe or Yukon? Any advice other than to just live with it? I am close to taking it to the dealer but I know that any work with the dash is fairly labor intensive and they will try to hold me over the coals, even though I am still under warranty. But this is cosmetic more than anything else. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle per se. Maybe I will just get a dash cover and call it a day. At least I won't have to look at it.

Thanks in advance.
