Dashboard rattle?

Hey guys, I have an 09 tahoe and the dash seems to have a rattle. The dash is in two pieces and the seam directly behind the dash speaker has a gap in it and it has been rattling. I can't tell if it is supposed to clip together or if it velcros together or if there is some kind of adhesive that has separated on a hot day. If anybody can help me figure out how to rejoin the two pieces of the dash I would appreciate it, thanks
