daytime lights & cruise control troubleshooting

Dose anyone have a good wiring diagram or knowledge of these systems mine are not functioning. Fuses are good, no cur wires or cables. At a loss and that doesn't happen very often lol. I'm thinking the cruise module may be bad but I know nothing about daytime running lights.

Lets start with the DRL. Is your parking brake fully released and brake warning light off? And do you have any lit indicator otherwise on the cluster when ignition switch is full on?

The dash indicator is lit whenever the headlights are off and ignition is on. Just not getting light output from the running lights. High and low bean headlights do function properly. Yes break is released and no break warning light.

In that case we can assume the output signal from the drl module is actively working so the relay may not be responding to the signal or the contacts are burned out or the giant diode for the drl is defective.

Sorry been busy we other school. This "honeycomb looking thing" would that be the silver'ish block with cooling fins?
