DD cage install issues

Hey guys had a quick question. Getting ready to install the 03-06 cage to do a DD conversion and a couple issues came up. One it doesn't seem to fit into my dash, it seems to be a little bit bigger width wise compared to stock, when matching up cage to cage, the mounting holes don't line up. The second issue I am having is that the factory a/c control unit is to big to fit into the new cage I have. Any suggestions would be great.

I ended up just modifying my stock 02 cage and dash panel to fit because I could not find a 03+ bezel at the time.

From what I understand is you need to drill out the 2 rivets down the center holding the cage in place and cut the metal bracket above for clearance. Then you either rivet the new one in place or bolt it in.
