De-lifting my 07 Yukon w/ 6-7.5 rough country lift

So I'm looking at the possibility of lowering my lifted Yukon down while still maintaining the lower diff bracket. Is it possible to remove the 6" spacer on the shock and replace it with no spacer or a smaller 2" spacer? I'm running 35" tires now but I want to go down to a 33" without the full lift. Thanks in advance.

@Dannycurbs350 Without more information I would say that the most you would be able to go down to would be 4 inches of lift while keeping the lower crossmember drop. Might be a matter of trial and error since you are entering uncharted territories.

I'd love to know more about this as well... I have an older version of the RC5" lift on my Suburban, but only the rear utilizes spacers.

What's confusing to me is that it has ~2" spacers in the rear and still measures 5" of lift with 33s.

I'll say this - it's absolutely perfectly suited for 33s at 5" of lift, I only wish that I could find a suitable rear spring/shock to get rid of the spacers entirely.
