around 35 mph i get a death wobble from hell. im 99.9% sure its from the passenger front and its real bad when im braking. the last thing i remember doing to my truck was a brake job but everything was tight. any suggestions? im doing lower bjs/passenger hub during winter break. and im also sure its not the hub because when my drivers side went (unexpectedly at that) my wheel didnt shake, it just came off. any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I sure as heck woudnt drive it until you figure it out. I would agree w/ blueflamed that it is a warped Rotor.

So it happens while cruising and braking? Really bad ball joints can cause the wheel to wobble both during cruising and braking. Most of the time, warped rotors cause vibration only during braking, unless the lateral runout is really bad, in which case will cause a bad shimmy while cruising also.
Definitely check the ball joints first, cause if they fail while your driving, could end up being disasterous.

Hey, we need to make an "effing wheel fell off while I was driving" or "Rocked it till the wheels fell off" club. lol

Questions- Do you feel it in the wheel AND the pedal, or just the wheel? If the rotor is warped, you should feel a good pulse in your brake pedal. If you don't feel it in the brake pedal, go for steering/suspension. My driver's side hub went before the passenger, but I replaced both at the same time. If you feel it in the brake, it still could be ball joints or the hub assembly, so don't rule them out.

Is this a 4x4?

yeah, only the wheel shakes the brake pedal doesnt pulse. it is 4x4 but the hub seems to be fine. and if you want to start a "rock it till the wheels fall off" club ill join lol.

made sure you don't have a bent wheel? and the lugs are tight? it sounds stupid, but both could do the same thing.

had the lug one happen on a previous vehicle... caught it before it did any damage thankfully.
