Denali exhaust cutout

have anyone seen a truck exhaust cut through the rear lower panel and just showed the tips cause i know thats a hard piece of metal back there just wanted to do something alittle different for when i do my exhaust and put some more wheels on

I don't think anyone has ever done that. Have you not looked under there yet? There are a lot of electrical connections right there and lines for the rear hvac.

Bad Idea, you have inner and out sheet metal to go through.Unless your going to weld up the inner dia of the hole so nothing can get in and start rusting, dont.

I agree. Definitely not a place for hot metal........take a look under there.....

oh wow i see now never paid it any attention it was just a thought cause there a denali i seen him take out the tow hitch and run the exhaust like srt8

Looks good but losing the hitch and spare is not very feasible IMO. No way to run pipes safely to retain spare even......look into a CORSA exhaust with the dual exit tip....love mine...looks unique but a little on the pricey side.

Yeah ive been looking into corsa exhaust but the price is getting me but i was looking into flowmaster 50 series with those kind of tips guy told me 400 for everything
