Looking for a little help honing in on what I think is a slight performance issue on my 11 Denali. Lately during medium acceleration it sort of feels like it has a minor miss or some type of slight hiccup in acceleration. I noticed it mostly on a recent 120 mile trip to Delaware pulling away from the toll booths. It seemed to not want to go and then eventually found itself and woke up but the same problem was consistent with each toll booth.

I'd like to note that it has 73K miles and I know at this point it's recommended based on my searching that the throttle body and fuel system should be serviced. Does this sound like the culprit? Should I invest in a full tune up at this point...plugs, wires, etc. with my miles? I'm new to the Denali world so I'm looking for any educated advise. Thanks !

Definitely clean the throttle body if it's never been done.

Throttle body, MAF for sure. Checking out spark plugs certainly wouldn't hurt.

Also, could be the fuel you are using...what octane?

With the 6.2L, you should be using a minimum of 89. You are probably pinging, which is causing the computer to pull back power.
