Over the summer, I installed a set of denali seats in my 95 tahoe. I hooked all the wires up, and I have no heat out of either front seat...bottom or back. I can't understand this.

I am not sure about the brown wire...I have heard it's a hot wire, and I have also heard a ground. Not sure which one. Anyone ever install these in their truck?

I'm at a loss. Seats are in A-1 condition too. Does that yellow wire on the pass seat for the seat belt need to be grounded or anything?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Honestly Im no expert here but Ill share my advice , Generally Earth Tone Colors Tend to be Grounds , This changes from Application and such ,I think I already answered this for you on another forum you and I visit . However I forgot to ask , Because I know your truck did not come equipped with H/S How exactly did you wire them up?

There is a relay under the seat for the headed seats.

Maybe these will help? It looks like there is a brown wire that is a power supply wire.

Strange, the passenger seat started working out of the blue...But that's not the one that counts...lol

I checked with a test light, the power is at the switch, and when the switch is moved, the other wires light as well. I can hear a slight click under the seat, but only on the low position.

Hoping its not the element, because that looks like a pain to get to.

unknown at this time.
if it work on any setting the element should be good. the controller is what control heat level. Don't forget tho that there is a cushion and seat back element on each chair.

Looking at those wiring diagrams (thanks Keith!) it seems as though my issue may be the heated seat module. Neither cushion is working on either high or low. I will snag one of these next time at the yard and see if that solves the issue. I hope it does. I believe they tucked that in a small vinyl pouch under the seat above the motors. shouldn't be too bad to get to...

I have yet to figure out how to wire up the heated rear seats without the body control module. Gotta find a diagram for that next...lol
