I turn and I here a popping noise. I go over a bump and I feel and here the suspension groaning. I am not having any codes come up but know something is wrong with it. 04Denali with 165000 miles

You won't have a code for a suspension popping noise. X2 on the ball joints...likely uppers...

Just replaced mine over the weekend with some moogs. Made a world of a difference now I can crank my steering wheel all the way for u turns without my tires binding up. Btw I'm running Tony's 3/5.5 drop but I'm still getting a nasty pop when the truck flexs going into somewhat steep drive ways

Mine does the same all of a sudden, I'm running DJM lower arms and upper arms. I checked last night and couldn't feel any play but I hear a nasty pop with hard take-offs and when the suspension flexes at certain angles into driveways. Needless to say, it's pissing me off since my lower balljoints were replaced when the kit was installed in december and the uppers were bought new a month ago.

Check at rear lower control arms. Had the same issue years back. Took me quite awhile to figure out it was coming from rear, cause it sounds and feels like front. If lowered, the panhard bar pushes axle over. And when u hit a bump, especially at angle. It will make a popping noise from binding up at front mounting bracket. Could be wrong, but happens with these lowered rigs. Have someone next to your ride and listen while you try and duplicate the noise.
But could be number of things, just gotta figure out if front or rear first.

Good info.
When I had the truck aligned after the uca install the tech said the tie rods were good and tight, I didn't check them the other night but I will. A fellow gear head friend of mine suggested u-joints as well. And since I have a slight vibration at 65 that makes sense. The truck also has 126k on the odo so it's about that time I would say. I will also look into the trailing arm issue too. I replaced the bolts at the rear mounting points but not the front. Since this issue showed up shortly after I replaced the original shocks and pulled an extra inch of drop out of the rear, that leads me to believe the trailing arms may be the culprit.

I haven't inspected tierods and I already ordered a spohn panhard from tony. Hopefully that will fit it. I was also thinking u joint but the whole panhard thing makes sense Ill give everything the wiggle test before replacing. I to get that pop from flooring it

The pop I was getting seemed to disappear with the sub-freezing weather. I've still been babying it but I haven't heard it once in the last couple days. I am definitely going to replace the u-joints regardless though. There has been some slight driveline play since I bought the beast in July.
