Hey all I need some maintenance help, I was looking for current best recommendations for plugs for my daily driver.

Also I'm in tapatalk so the search is not the best, is there a DIY video or thread on how to change the plugs on these cars?

Also how difficult is it to diy the tyranny and diff fluid, and the brake fluid flush/change out?

I've got all the tools (I think from all my other cars), just never did this work on this car, as it's my wife's. Hit 110k and the dealer is asking tons of cash to do this as my warranty is over now.

Thanks for the help, or directions to threads I can read...

I have always been happy with the NGK tr55s, might be a little overkill for your application, but you could always go with a different model.

I am sure there are plenty of YouTube videos on how to do plugs/transmission/diff.

If you have the proper tools and time, shouldn't be an issue. I also recommend you clean your MAF and throttle body.

The drivers side plugs and the front three on the passenger side are very easy. The last one is a little harder, All you need is a swivel and some patience.

The hardest thing may be removing the wires. Sometimes they can be a real ***** especially if they`re the originals.

The front diff is really easy. There`s a drain plug down low and a fill plug up high on the drivers side.

The rear you have to remove the cover to drain but it`s still easy. Front takes 1.8 quarts and the rear 2.75 quarts of 75w90.

For the transmission i flushed mine using the method described in this link http://www.truckmodcentral.com/forums/f63/how-flush-your-transmission-gmt800-gm-truck-4699/

It`s a good way to change all the fluid. The transmission holds 11.2 quarts total.
