Diag help

I have a family members vehicle (2016 tahoe 5.3) they stated that the vehicle jolts/lurges after coming to a complete stop at times and the ses light comes on , they’ve gone ahead and replaced the o2 sensors and turned off the 4cyl mode bc thats what the dealership told them would fix the issue and no difference was made although they did mention the issue stopped for a while ,theyve taken the vehicle to two other shops and no progress has been made , spark plugs and o2 sensors and the 4cyl mode have been changed , can someone lead me into the right direction of where to start as i am a entry level tech with not much of diag skills
