I was wondering how easy it is to install yourself if you have never done it before but are pretty handy with tools?

A lot if members did it themselves, so I'm sure someone will chime in.
you'll need cut off the muffler and it is surprisingly heavy so be prepared.

I did mine on my 06' on the cold garage floor in February with a pair of jackstands. Yes you need to cut off the old muffler(and yes it is heavy). The new exhaust fit and finish is great and easy to assemble. If doing it yourself, soak the manifold bolts a few days prior to ease the removal(not sure on the 07+) but that is what I had to do with my NBS. Also spray a little silicone spray on the hangers for easier exhaust removal/reinstallation. This was the first exhaust I ever put on.

Do it yourself, save that cash for the beer and gas your going to burn (you WILL, be flooring it) when done.

Takes aprox 30-60 mins depending if by yourself or have help.

Need a jack,
2 kack stands
and exhaust pipe saw tool.
a socket wrecnh and some sockets.
WD-40
channel locks for stubborn rubber hangers.

use WD40 on all rubber hanger mounts, get that sheet in there!
go to auto store, rent a exhaust saw, it looks like a chainsaw blade with a handle.
support muffler with jack, just enough to take weight off hangers.
Cut pipe 6" behind muffler.
unbolt the knuckle joint after y pipe.
Remove muffler, use jack under frame if need extra clearance.
plce jack under tow hitch at rear of vehical.
Lift vehical so the rest of old exhaut can slip out, its a pain, twist and wrestle it out.
PAY ATTENTION to how it came out as the corsa must go in the same way.
after rear section is in slide muffler section (pre assemble the muffle and the first pipe, dont tighten clamp.
place jack under muffler and lift it up into old mufflers position.
bolt together the knuckle at y pipe, just loosly.
slide rear pipe section into muffler.
MAke sure you have all your clamps on and oriantated so the bolts are easy to get to with socket wrench. <~~~important, saves alot of cussing.
start lifting and hanging the exhaust from rear to front via rubber hangers.

Once its all in there, place jack stands under the pipes to support them, while orientating the pipes to their final position. make sure to push pipes into each other ATLEAST 75%
DONOT press them 100% together, as this will cause issues aligning pipes on next few steps.
If need be, lift muffler some more via jack.
Start at muffler, snugging up the clamps, dont get HULK on them just yet.
once all clamps snug, go up front and tighten up the knuckle joint.
Recheck pipe alignment. look for clearence issues. solve them by rotating and positioning pipes.

Once all is done, kick the shit out of the pipes a few times to settle them in place.

Once satisfied, crank down those clamps, Dont get to Hulkish, or you strip and or break them.
fire up engine, enjoy new sound, and smile!

Reccomend, fully warming up vehical, let pipes get HOT. recheck clamps, as the bolts stretch.
Drive around block few times, listen for ratles or binding. go home, check uder vehical for binding, rubbing, loose clamps.

sounds like alot, but its VERY EASY! did my 1st, alone in 45 mins, second in 30, 3rd with help in 20 mins.

I know this is an old post but I just installed the Corsa Sport (14914) on my suburban and would add this one tip for future installers. Make sure your torque wrench works properly! (Mine didn't and I snapped the spherical clamp bolt. Luckily I had a spare bolt laying around that was the same thread and length!)
