Different models of clusters for 03 Tahoe?

Hey guys, i was wondering if there is different models of clusters on export cars.
Im having some weird problems with my gauges, the languages keep cycling and buttons on the steering wheel does nothing, so one day its in arabic next day its french etc.
I think i need to replace my cluster and i have an export model where i can change from miles and kmh and languages (English, french, arabic etc.)
I asked a seller on ebay who sells remanufactored clusters about it and he said it was only english and miles.
Sounds weird but im sure you guys can answer this

What specifically are you asking? If we know where you can get a replacement cluster, or yours repaired, with kM instead of miles? Or one that will switch between those?

Sorry about being unclear, i was wondering if there is an actual difference between the clusters on export models and the clusters that are sold in the US.
If all clusters are the same there wouldnt be a problem getting a new one but if there is an actual difference i might have to send in my cluster for repair or find another source.
I live in Norway and its hard to find spare parts so usually i order everything from Amazon or Ebay.
(I dont mean the faceplate, i know that is easily swapped but for the odometer etc.)
