Does anyone have this console??

I think you guys helped me locate the overhead console I'm looking for. Based on the product dwg from GM, it should look like the attached, only it shouldn't have the A/C controls (since the A/C controls for mine are located with the rear seat audio controls).

So, I have 2 questions:
1. Does anyone have a picture of a console exactly like this, only without the A/C controls?
2. Does anyone have one (with or without A/C controls, but preferably without) that they would sell to me, or know where I can find one? I was bidding on one on ebay last night and lost, and don't see any others on there.

find one from a silverado reg cab, the a/c control area is a blank or maybe a pocket?

or buy one with the controls, resel controls and buy whatever fits there for no rear ac
