I need help guys with a04 trailblazer,,,the speedo has been going crazzzzy,all other gauges work,sometimes it works fine others its stuck on 70 or 10...now it stopped and she is telling me the tranny is slipping,could they be related,checked tranny hot.had fluid on it but didnt seem thick like it should.put quirt in it and was slipping worse when we took off??? know this is not a yukon or hoe sorry...but i do have a 95.2dryukon.the T.B.is a 04 4wheel dr think 46oo engine. auto tranny,seems like not shifting out of 2ed,think same tranny righg L 460 e,could it be a modugle...sure dont have bucks for a tranny thanks for any help......

I say damaged wiring maybe. Perhaps you can find a tsb on the issue. there is one for no shift/slipping.

I couldn't find that exact TSB#, but I did find THIS one.
it's 01-07-30-038B, SES LAMP ILLUMINATED, POOR PERFORMANCE OF TRANSMISSION, TRANSMISSION SLIPPING (CLEAN TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY AND CASE OIL PASSAGES OF DEBRIS)
